- Returns for non-damaged / unused / unworn items are accepted within 30 Days of receipt of your product. 

- A request for return (Via Email) must be submitted before shipping your product back to us. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PRODUCTS BACK PRIOR TO APPROVAL from us, or the  return will be rejected.  

- All Return shipping costs, custom duties, fees etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

- Items must be in their original packing or well packed to avoid any damage during shipping.

- Items will be inspected upon return prior to issue of your refund.

- Approved returns / refunds will be credited back in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 15 days to process / credit your refund - this may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

HAND HAMMERED BOWLS | NEPAL

This product has been personally sourced & selected by us. It is HAND HAMMERED, which makes it unique in every way - there are no other identical Bowls. Due to its Hand Hammered nature, you will notice that it is uneven / irregular in shape, there may be hammer marks / black marks, polish / buff marks etc., the metal may appear to be shiny or dull, all this is PERFECTLY NORMAL and part of the production process. It does not affect the quality/performance of the Bowl nor does it imply it is used or of less quality. 

We try to put as many pictures and videos of the products you purchase so you know exactly what you will be getting.
