This class is dedicated to beginners who want to learn simple meditation techniques.​ Meditation is the ability to focus on one thing only at a time and disconnect from everything else. This will help you gain clarity, find peace. It also calms stress and anxiety and it will give you tools to practice alone at home or make you confortable joining group classes.
